Playing
- The ball drifts when I hold still. However you hold your device as a level begins counts as level. Recalibrate from the pause menu, or in Settings › Controls › Recalibrate tilt.
- Too fast, or too slow. Settings › Controls has Sensitivity, Dead zone and Maximum tilt. The beginner ball (Settings › Ball) rolls slower and stops when you hold level; Steel rolls like the real toy.
- I'd rather not tilt. Settings › Controls › Control › Drag on the board lets you steer with a finger.
- The screen turns when I tilt. During a level the screen stays the way it was when the level began. Settings › Display › Orientation chooses Landscape, Portrait or Automatic.
Balls, ads and purchases
- Running out of balls. A run has five. When the last one falls you can watch an ad for five more, carry on with Unlimited Continues, or start the level again.
- Unlimited Continues on a new device. Settings › Purchases › Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.
- Gem packs. Gems go into the bank on the device you buy them on, and are kept when you reset progress. Like all consumable purchases, they can't be restored on another device. If a purchase didn't arrive, open the game again while online: it delivers purchases that didn't finish.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Ad choices. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Settings › Privacy choices changes what you agreed to. Tracking is up to you in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
Progress
- Progress, settings, gems and the balls and boards you own are saved on your device, and kept in its backups. They aren't shared between devices.
- Settings › Reset progress clears levels, times, statistics and achievements, and keeps your settings and everything from the shop.
Racing a friend nearby
- On both devices, open Race and tap Find a device. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth should be on.
- If they never find each other, check that Labyrinth may use the local network: iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network.
